Nordic Aquafarms was established in 2015 with companies in Norway, Denmark and the US. Following a demerger completed in 2022 the group of companies is split in two holding companies; Nordic Aquafarms Group AS with the US projects and Nordic Aquafarms Technology in Denmark, and Nordic Aquafarms Europe AS with Fredrikstad Seafoods in Norway and Sashimi Royal and Maximus in Denmark.
